Mission Education

1. A Short Documentary

Manav Utthan Sewa Samiti is a social, Spiritual, charitable organisation led by the visionary Shri Satpal Ji Maharaj who aims to promote social harmony through the dissemination of spiritual knowledge.

Mission Education - 'mission to educate underprivileged children' was initiated almost three years ago by Manav Utthan Sewa Samiti and is run under the guidance of Shri Vibhu Ji and Shri Suyesh Ji. Since its inception, the initiative has helped over 200,000 underprivileged children to date. (July 2017)

The initiative has spread to Nepal, Mauritius, Kenya, South Africa and Mexico.

The next wave of the project is the introduction of mobile classrooms.

This short documentary describes the inspiration, the concept, the implementation and infrastructure backing this project.


2. Concept overview in Hindi

Education is fundamental for the future of the nation. Shri Satpal Ji Maharaj gives a brief overview of the concept of Mission Education (in Hindi); an initiative to help educate those children for whom educational recources could be outside of their means.

The core concept of Mission Education is to build a conduit between those that have and those that have not through the transfer of surpus resources without collection of any monies. The basic 'currency' is surplus stationary that could otherwise be wasted or left unused.

Nepal earthquake disaster relief 2015

Under the guidance  of Shri Satpal Ji Maharaj, and with the holy presence of Shri Vibhu Ji Maharaj and Shri Suyesh Ji Maharaj, Nepal Manav Dharm Sewa Samiti distributed relief materials to the earthquake victims at Badegaun - Sindhupalchowk, Jiri, Sundrawati, Chariot - Dolakha District, Nepal.
